Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent and we were very impressed with the decor and standards throughout the entire hotel. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant!
Disliked: No negative points to note here.

An uncomfortable experience...

Disliked: I did want to mention one incident that left me feeling quite uncomfortable. Around 5:30 PM, a staff member knocked on my door and, before I could respond, she opened the door. I had just finished changing and started resting on the bed, so it was a real surprise. She mentioned she had some chocolate for me (which was a nice gesture), but I couldn’t help thinking—what if I had been asleep? Or not in the room at all? Would she have come in anyway?I understand this may have been meant as a kind surprise, but it would have been much more respectful to wait for a response before entering. Privacy is important, especially in the late afternoon or evening.Despite this, I did enjoy my stay and hope this was just an isolated incident. With a bit more attention to guest privacy, this hotel would be truly excellent.
