Nice hotel and staff but...

Liked: Great location, nice room, although a bit dated in the bathroom. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Disliked: We had a room on the 5th floor and it was unbearably hot. The air con is not capable of cooling the room. It wasn't broken it's just not very good. Room was expensive

Disliked: The flushing of the toilet did not work! Had to be fixed. Service at breakfast was horrible. It took ages to get my eggs sunny side up and when I finally got them they were burnt. On leaving the hotel I informed the personnel at the reception. No reaction!

Incredible staff with nice rooms...

Liked: Great location and incredible staff. Cannot express highly enough how good the staff are especially on reception. Thank you!!!
Disliked: I’d booked 2 rooms as this was for my son’s graduation from the university in Geneva. I booked an upgrade for one of us, but have to say the difference in rooms wasn’t worth it. I’ll stay there again, but won’t look for the more expensive rooms. Building work in the area drags down the hotel so hope this is stopped soon.
