Liked: Location is perfect. 10 minute walk to all interesting sites. Surrounded by restaurantes, stores, and the river. Also, 10 minute walk to the transportation hubs. Excellent.

Good value for the location...

Liked: It is clean and in the middle of the old town . Location is excellent . Hotel is small and quiet.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning in hotel. Very hot in summer we kept fans on all night .

Exceptional

Liked: This location is unbeatable. It's right in the mix but still very quiet. The city is clean and breathtakingly beautiful. The staff was helpful and polite. I love the space the apartment offers.

It is OK but needs...

Liked: Location was ideal, staff were friendly.
Disliked: The facility needs overhaul and renovation (at least the "penthouse" unit) there is no AC, some areas have no light (there are switches that dont turn anything on) It is an old building so it is understandable some problems cannot be fixed, like awkward sloped ceilings and the latter in the middle of the unit. However, some trims and doors are made of very cheap material and not consistent with a property at this price point. The free-moving safe is laughable. Some towels and bed sheets have old stains. It is definitely not a "5 star" property that many reviewers claim.
