Perfect travel stop

Liked: Driving a Tesla and charging at the giga factory charging location and having driven all day I asked the car for a hotel close to my route and they suggested this one. Staff even made a Sandwich and draught beer for me. That's what leaving the light on means in Germany..

Locked with no escape

Liked: The food was fabulous, and the beers were very nice. The restaurant had lovely decorations.
Disliked: A very rude receptionist, the restaurant was closed to 5pm so no drinks, no food, one bottle of hand wash in a bath, no A/C, from 4pm till 5.15pm we were locked in the hotel as the staff left the property (no information), when we tried to make complain the receptionist stopped speaking English.
