Liked: The jacuzzi tub in my room
Disliked: Looks like it’s under maintenance. The floors were full of long wet towels.

Disliked: The bed is small, the second day we didn't have hot water and its very noisy even at night.

Liked: Great location in the middle of Condesa, which is a super nice, trendy and peaceful neighborhood. Our room was completely new and renovated, which was a nice surprise because there are not even pictures on Booking yet of these new rooms! Very nice!!
Disliked: Besides the renovated rooms, the rest of the hotel is a bit old. But they are renovating right now so it will probably improve soon.

Liked: Great location and the attention is wonderful as always. Had breakfast there, scrambled eggs, fruit, beans and coffee.
Disliked: There was construction going on, but since I wasn't during the day, it did not matter to me.

Liked: Excellent location, full internet, staff a 100.I loved the experience at this hotel.
Disliked: They were building, there was noise but they finished at the time you returned from the hotel, it did not affect the stay.When we went it was very cold, it would be good if they put carpet on the floor, it is a suggestion.
