Poor

Liked: The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Really good, close to Parque México.
Disliked: The hotel is under renovation and it's terrible for the guests. Workers starting working at 5:30 am in a Saturday, laughing very loudly. Even without the renovation, the street is also very noisy - the hotel is in a crossing of important avenues. No air conditioning, contrary to advertised at booking. And it's not cheap. You can find better hotels in the neighborhood for a lower price.

Well located, nice rooms but...

Liked: The available rooms were renewed and they are quite good.
Disliked: It is on construction. All except for some floors is under construction.

The price is good and...

Liked: The room was comfortable and the accommodations were nice after the renovation
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was terrible — really frustrating. Also, it wasn’t clear before I arrived that the construction was still going on all day, even on weekends.

Disliked: Property under renovation. Noises all the time. No ventilation system. A table fan was provided. Unreasonable. I was not told anything about not having AC. Also I had to go back to reception so many times just to get the renovation work stop so that I can have a decent evening in my room. So much noise. Not fair. I also saw a homeless man walking in and out of the floor I was in. Poor security and the staff seem to care - less.
