Nothing to complain about

Liked: Great location, clean, great stay overall.
Disliked: A bit loud next to a busy road but they provide earplugs.

Lovely staff, lovely place to...

Liked: Lovely staff, very helpful. Connected to a restaurant with room service options. The beds, washroom, shower pressure, and overall cleanliness were good.
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing construction and construction noises were really loud, could hear everything from any room in the hotel. We were out from 9-6pm almost every day but the few times we wanted to stay in were filled with loud hammering and machinery.

Ok for the money but...

Liked: Still going renovation so a lot of noise drilling during the day. Poor quality breaksfast. Room was clean but only provided a small soap and shampoo, no conditioner or shower gel.
Disliked: See above

Avoid this place

Liked: The location can't be beat. It is at the edge of the Condesa area and easy access to the Zona Rosa.
Disliked: Pretty much everything except the location is a disappointment.NOISE: The hotel is under renovation. It is full of dust and noise during the day. The windows do not abate noise at all. The hotel is located on Insurgentes and the traffic noise is there all night long. The hotel is aware and they give you a pair of earplugs!! CLEANLINESS:The room was not really clean. The staff didn't clean the room until almost evening and they never did a thorough job. From hair on a pillow to a toilet that didn't looked clean, the evidence was everywhere. ACCESSIBILITY: None. You have to climb up one step to get into the room and climb one step down to get to the bed. No one with accessibility issues should stay at this hotel. SERVICE: Staff just does not care. The only decent personnel was the waitstaff at the restaurant. It is just a cheap hotel. Maybe after the renovation the rooms will be better. Currently, though, it is a place to avoid.

Excellent location but with caveats.

Liked: Friendly staff and excellent location in the heart of La Condesa and Roma neighbors, not far from anything
Disliked: The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Yellow stains were on the bedsheets. The water to our shower kept fluctuating from extreme hot to cold due to a loose shower dial.
