Friendly Staff and great location

Liked: Location was amazing, central city. The reception staff were really friendly. The lady that serviced our room was so bright, bubbly, friendly and efficient. Your staff are definitely to a high level. We ate dinner at the restaurant during our stay and our meals were to a high standard, staff also really friendly. Our room had everything we needed and the hotel was in walking distance of everywhere we needed to go.
Disliked: It took a little while to get use to the frosted glass bathroom to be honest, but it was no drama, we just hadn’t seen that before. You just have to hold the door a few seconds before letting go so it stays shut.

Liked: I liked that it was central to area I wanted to visit. You could go to the restaurant have a quiet drink and watch out on the street. Was close to pub and TAB and tap tap.
Disliked: When we arrived, there was only 2 people on reception and the line was 11 people long, so we had to wait.My room ordered was 2 single beds and we had 1 double so I went back down and got in queue again so was about 40mins before we got settled upon arrival. There was 1 lift operating so that took a while also to get to 7th floor.The restaurant couldn't make up their mind and said we had to Walkin and get a table as we couldn't book, but they said they had 2 spare tables????. Meal was nice but not value for the money.
