Apart from parking everything else...

Liked: Lovely staff and decent sized room
Disliked: We called up 3 week prior to our stay and they told us we weren’t aloud trucks to be parked in there parking, yet we seen trucks go in and out of the oaks car parks. When we mentioned this to them they said parking was all booked out, this is the 2nd time it’s happened to me at the oaks

Liked: The room was lovely and quiet after arriving at 1.00 am. The room was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful. Thank you. Gaye

Great location, nice and quiet,...

Liked: Great location, very easy to catch the airport bus and close to good food/shopping options.
Disliked: It was great for me travelling solo, but probably wouldn’t be as good for groups/families as the shower and toilet have frosted glass instead of doors to separate them from the room.

Centrally located hotel, clean comfortable...

Liked: Good hotel downtown, centrally located. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. However not having a window and the room being on the back of the lift shaft, were downsides. I’ll make sure I check the room description next time. Great place to stay for a night!
Disliked: No window in the room and room on the lift shaft, made for a noisy stay.
