STAFF GOOD BUT THE ROOF...

Liked: VERY BASIC
Disliked: NOT GOOD QUALITY FOOD .....SPA AND SAUNS NOT OPEN, YOU WOULD NOT CALL THIS A SPA HOTEL, GYM VERY SMALL NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOSWOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS HOTELON THE PLUS SIDE STAFF VERY GOOD AND DID ALL THEY COULD TO MAKE OUR STAY ENJOYABLE.

Rome weekend

Liked: There wasn't any view out of the bedroom window. Just out onto other windows. The room was nice but there was a kettle, cups but no tea, coffee, milk to use them with. Staff came across as a little surly. Was a bit of a trek into the centre and coming back was up hill. Didn't get to use/see the pool because those facilities were quite expensive. Breakfast was ok but not fantastico

Liked: Great location, free welcome drinks and live entertainment each evening in the bar. Stored luggage with no issues at all. Clean room and cool decor.Nice breakfast room with good views and a fine variety of pastries, bread, coffee etc
Disliked: The pool is an additional (high) cost. Think it was €45 per person for 2 hours and €100 pp for spa facilities.The bed was two single beds pushed together despite booking a double (at least clip them together!)
