Disappointing

Liked: One of the receptionists, I think his name is Luis.I think he has capabilities to deal with the customer.Your hotel is in the prime location and you need to improve the customer satisfaction
Disliked: Please first of all allow the wifi In the rooms Further I think of one person whose duty is in the evening at the reception.Really excellent communication skills and well manner But the other old reception guy is a really rude & behavior problem.. Anyway the location is good but the problem with this old guy. May be the age issue.

Cosy stay...

Liked: The hotel staff was very welcoming. The area in which it is located gives you the opportunity to experience the "suburban" way of living. There was no breakfast included in this stay, but we had breakfast at a local bakery 2mins away from the hotel that offers great choice. The restaurant opposite the hotel is also fantastic. The room was clean.
Disliked: The bathing cabinet in the 1 person room was tiny, difficult to enjoy a good shower, even though the bathroom was clean.Wifi was an issue, not constantly available. Room not sound proof, well was not an issue for me.The carpets in the rooms need to be changed to a modern style.
