Pleasant

Liked: Location, lobby, size, cleaning and towel refresh daily, restaurant convenience, outside seating. Large comfortable lobby.large bath room and shower, closeness to tram stop. And green space
Disliked: Not good for long stay. Internet was bad- disconnected every 2 minutes. Not Good for working conditions . TV didn’t work. Never turned on. Could not use fire stick for streaming. Bed was very very uncomfortable. Hard. Pillows were to soft and smashed. Fridge was too small to store items for a week. No ice anywhere. Loud noises in room heard all day- I assume from moving furniture.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had been renovated and it was nice. The staff were nice, and so was the manager. A ring disappeared from my room, and I reported this. The manager was friendly and offered to look for it and asked me to leave my contact in case it got found. It was a family ring and so had sentimental value, even though it wasn't financially the most valuable. I can admit that it was my mistake for not placing it in the safe, and I think the manager handed it fairly well. However, I would not stay here again.
Disliked: This really isn't a four star hotel given the facilities and the look of the hotel. The biggest problem in my view is that it's extremely loud. The staff start cleaning before 8am and speak on the corridors - plus all the cleaning sounds. The rooms are very poorly insulated, and so you hear the neighbours in their bathrooms, which is unpleasant. There is no spa, that is in a different hotel of the same chain.

Perfect place from where you...

Liked: Everything was more then we expected, we made the reservation for a while so we forgot what we have choose, so it was a very nice surprise to discover it again :) Location was very good, breakfast variated and very good.

Location and comfort without a...

Liked: The location was perfect. The room had everything we needed. The bathroom was also very spacious. They provided bottled water on arrival which was a nice touch. Everything was super clean and the room had enough space. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The room had under roof type of ceiling and it was a bit dangerous especially in the night if you wake up it was easy to bang your head in it. The shower head barely reach the hook because the hose was not long enough. The gym had some carpet on the floor which was quite gross when you exercise and no gym mats for floor exercises. The bottled water was on my provided on arrival which is a bit disappointing. The window was up and couldn’t really see the view from the 4th floor.
