Beautiful location and wonderful staff

Liked: Fantastic helpful staff from the very start. As an older couple we appreciate offers of help with parking and luggage which we received.As there is no permanent bar/ restaurant we relied on room service for drinks and they couldn’t have done more.. one member of staff returned 3 times to make sure we had everything.Reception were exceptional with help and recommendations for restaurants in the city.The view from our room was wonderful.

Perfect

Liked: A really exceptional hotel.Perfect location. Staff were very helpful. Breakfasts were superb.We had a penthouse suite at no extra charge which consisted of a whole apartment!Location being city centre is perfect. There is a courtyard for parking and an option for garage parking which we took.Nothing at the Rocca Cavour is too much trouble for the staff..
