Good stay but paid the...

Liked: Good location, good staff
Disliked: When we arrived I had to pay again the room because no hotel staff was there. So I have paid the room twice: once to the machine locally and once to booking. I hope I will be refunded.

Liked: The location was really nice, and the stuff.
Disliked: I think the pillow are a bit uncomfortable. Maybe the best opción will be get 2 small than one bigger.
