Liked: quiet residential neighbourhood, location not too far from university
Disliked: staff not very forthcoming, parking in vicinity can be difficult, place itself hard to find. no fridge in room, only in cellar (and items got stolen), room very basic

Liked: overall a good stay, the room was cleaned and the place very quiet.
Disliked: there was a broken fridge in the room. The listing says there should have been a tea and coffee makers but there was not.

Liked: Very nice, helpful and generally likeable staff and overall it is a good value for a reasonable price.
Disliked: Bed could have been more comfortable, but hey - it's hard to make one bed fit everyone!

Disliked: The heating is controlled by management and even I call to request a few more degrees at my room, I think they didn’t do anything so I was freezing. Also the bathtub wasn’t very clean. The rest was great.
