Perfect location and helpful staff...

Liked: Just a few minutes’ walk to Zócalo and other major attractions, as the hotel is right in the heart of the historic center. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, they even let us store our luggage after check-out. We accidentally left something in our room, and the staff helped us look for it (and we found it yay). Plus, there are plenty of sockets for charging all our gadgets, a big bonus!
Disliked: The room is too small.

Liked: The cleaning staff was very friendly and did an excellent job.
Disliked: There really wasn't anything I didn't like. maybe a mini refrigerator in the room would be nice.
