Hotel Roanoke - Conference Center Curio Collection by Hilton

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Very comfortable bed. I couldn't believe they charge $10.00 a night to park your car and $16.00 a night for valet parking. The room charge was already almost double the usual charge because there was an event at the Berglund Center.

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I don't think you should have to pay to park at a hotel you are already paying to stay at.

Liked the atmosphere but the room was very small and it was awkward to have to listen to the conversation next door. Room was very clean and beds comfortable but AC was very noisy. You asked for it :).

Disliked: Handheld shower in bathroom uncomfortable. Also no room in bathroom to put things.

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location and we enjoyed the view of St. Andrew’s from our window.
Disliked: Not impressed with the pool area.

Disliked: Desk staff busy. Provided short and sweet service not a lot of extra information or details about the stay.Carpet in common areas, not vacuumed at check-in or the next morning. A lot of dirt and debris, especially on the stairs when I went to get coffee at Starbucks that I had to hunt to find.Bedsheets had a black stain.
