Hotel Roanoke - Conference Center Curio Collection by Hilton

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Very comfortable bed. I couldn't believe they charge $10.00 a night to park your car and $16.00 a night for valet parking. The room charge was already almost double the usual charge because there was an event at the Berglund Center.

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable; the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I don't think you should have to pay to park at a hotel you are already paying to stay at.

Liked the atmosphere but the room was very small and it was awkward to have to listen to the conversation next door. Room was very clean and beds comfortable but AC was very noisy. You asked for it :).

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Handheld shower in bathroom uncomfortable. Also no room in bathroom to put things.

Liked: the staff was amazing! I loved the decor in the hotel as well. It was absolutely breathtaking. It was very cozy and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The valet service was superb as well! I loved the pool and hot tub and our room was so comfortable and clean.
Disliked: My literal only complaint was the shower head not being removable or very "movable" so when you cut the water on you got hit with the cold water as it warmed up

Liked: Literally not a single bad thing to be said about this place — every aspect of the hotel was immaculate. The amenities, the cleanliness, the hospitality, and ambience were exceptional.
Disliked: Not a thing was wrong.

Absolutely beautiful weekend getaway with...

Liked: The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was incredibly nice and even sent up a little gift basket for our anniversary. The location could not be better for food and pinball and the Star! (Or anything else in Roanoke) Breakfast, brunch, and dinner were all outstanding! The pool and hot tub were awesome.

Disliked: More handicap ramps are needed in some areas of the hotel. Needing a rollator to get around and two areas without handicap ramps was a real problem. Li
