Hotel RL Cleveland Airport West

Thai hotel should be closed...

Liked: The staff were extremely understanding and helpful.
Disliked: It is going through major reconstruction. Honestly it should just be torn down to be built anew. This was not in the description when reserving. Nor was any of the conditions of the rooms. Hot water took about 10 minutes. AC was a hit or miss in the rooms. The beds did not have mattress protectors and there were LARGE stains. The mold on the shower curtains and in the bathroom in general. Pool was drained and out of use due to construction. The caution tape on the outside definitely made me question my choices.

Liked: I did not stay there it was under construction and it was filthy dirty and not safe
Disliked: it was awful and did not stay.

Stay far away from this...

Liked: Bed was ok, staff was friendly.
Disliked: It was dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom wall behind the toilet paper. It smelled bad. The entrance was falling apart.

Liked: Nothing was good about this trip
Disliked: I was traveling for my daughter's softball tournament and we were checking in after a long day at the ballfield. To my surprise we pull in and there are no cars in the parking lot (maybe 6).. I thought that was odd on a busy weekend. There was a guy sitting in the lobby that kept staring at me and my daughter. didn't give me a good vibe. I keep looking around there are bugs crawling around and then we see a prostitute walk in. Your hotel is very shady. Needless to say we cancelled our evening, I wasn't bringing bugs home and I didn't want to be around an establishment that allowed that sort of thing to go on. Plus I don't want my daughter around that.

Disliked: I didn’t have hot water to bath and it was no where in the hotel to get water or anything to drink
