Liked: Only redeeming quality of this place is its location.
Disliked: This hotel was completely unacceptable. It was under renovation, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. There were mattresses in the hallways, the stairwells were blocked off due to construction, and the entire place felt more like a building site than a hotel.Our room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, and I didn’t feel safe opening the window because it was on the ground floor, facing a shared terrace full of shoes and construction equipment. Anyone could have come right through the window — it did not feel secure at all.Inside the room, there was visible water damage, peeling paint, and hairs on the bed. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and not fit for guests. We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we didn’t even stay the night.
