Cheating by the hotel to...

Disliked: The hotel charged me 121 euros as pre-authorization and upon check-in they mentioned thy will release the money, but even after 3 weeks of time the money does not deposited in my account. This pre-authorization was no where mentioned in the booking.com also, when I contacted the booking customer they are also taking the hotel side and not providing the proper response.It is a cheating happening by both Booking.com and the hotel.The room was horrible and lift I never imagined such a worst maintenance.

Liked: Location, friendly personnel, cleanness, comfortable beds, closeness to the great caffès and monuments
Disliked: All worked well. It would be useful to have a kettle in the room and hangers in the bathroom.

Liked: Great location. Top floor room. The aircon was amazing. The bathroom/shower was an interesting design, a little tight.
