Terrible and will never stay...

Liked: Nice views
Disliked: It had a nice views, but the staff was so rude, the TV was broken, the toilet kept running, and the lock wasn’t working! When I called down to the front desk, the phone was greasy as well as the remote for the TV! I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my shoes off! When I was checking in, the staff was so rude!After about an hour in the hotel, I went across the street and decided to purchase another hotel room for the night last minute! I felt so unsafe and so dirty in the hotel!! When I left and checked out after only about an hour, they were so rude and not accommodating at all, and didn’t care about my health and safety whatsoever!! There goes my $300!!!! Better safe than sorry

Beautiful hotel with gracious and...

Liked: Directly on the beach, and walkable, but not too close, to the crowds at South Beach.
Disliked: The property was wonderful. However, not a lot of reasonably priced dining options in the area.

Good weather, close to beach....

Liked: Close to beach.
Disliked: This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Booked deluxe ocean view but given rooms with no ocean view even after booking 6 months ahead. No rooms below the 7th floor had ocean views. One room was moved immediately to level 8, the other the next day to level 7. The price I paid was agreed in October and I expected a 4* hotel for the money. The current prices on the week we stayed were much lower. It would have been reasonable value at those prices. I definitely overpaid.

Great place for vacation

Liked: Nice and relaxing hotel with pool, direct access to the beach, clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner (buffet), beautiful lobby.
Disliked: Big issue with beach beds - not enough beds for guests and half of them are very old, strange that there are more umbrellas than beds. Many rooms have double beds which are not queen size - not comfortable to sleep for couples.

$784 dollars to trash

Disliked: The room was dirty in the bathroom we found hairs all over the sink and towels. We choose one with balcony and we couldn’t see the ocean it was like the second floor and the balcony of the next room was too close. There was an annoying noise inside the room both nights so we couldn’t rest well. The buffet didn’t have too many options for food. Very disappointed experience.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent loads of choice and I especially liked the omelette station
