Disliked: I would like to share my opinion about my recent stay at RIU. I have visited RIU Punta Cana several times in the past and have always enjoyed my vacations there.I understand that a resort experience is different from a hotel, but there are a few points I believe are worth mentioning:The valet parking area is very small, making it quite difficult to park.On the first day, my room was not fully clean upon arrival.The hotel does not offer water refill stations, which would be a helpful and sustainable improvement.These are small things that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. I share this feedback with the hope of contributing to an even better stay in the future.
