Excellent stay. Staff were very...

Liked: The Breakfast was excellent with a large choice
Disliked: As we were on the 11th floor it was imp;ortant to read the fire escape map located on the door. Unfortunately it was hard to understand the the font needs to be larger.

Lovely hotel, great location for...

Liked: Our room was ungraded which was fantastic - however I was travelling with my 15 year old son so sharing bed was not ideal. I had requested twin beds

One night stay

Liked: Lovley hotel in a great location near Victoria station and tube. Staff were friendly on arrival and though we were early one room was ready and we were able to drop our bags and explore. The rooms were excellent, with plenty of space and great en-suite shower room. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice.

Excellent location

Liked: I love the hotel's location, near the Victoria train station, walking distance to a mall, church, restaurants and Buckingham palace.We love the bathroom/shower room. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
