Exceptional

A Star Stunning Hotel with...

Liked: The building is beautiful! The lobby is very nice. I liked the personal service from the desk clerk to the bell hop, who escorted our bags up to the room. Both were very efficient. The room on the 12 floor was satisfactory and pleasant.
Disliked: The front desk should ask the guest if the guest would like ice on a floor that is not their floor. My husband went down to the 11th floor, but the key did not fit. He went to the desk and had it programmed (should had been done form the beginning) goes to the 11th floor: empty.Rides down to the lobby floor, and the bell hop takes Keith to another floor and there is no ice. They return to the bottom of the floor, and the GSR proceeds into the kitchen to fill the ice container with ice. This process took almost 45 minutes.It could had been avoided if the desk clerk had programmed the ice floe into our keys.

This is not as nice...

Disliked: We were upgraded to an executive room for an additional cost, however the room did not have hot water, there was mosquitos, and there was a small hole in the wall in the restroom that was not covered that seemed to be for electrical wires or something. The upgrade came with access to a lounge that was just basic snacks and drinks
