Liked: I stayed at four five-star hotels, and I would rank this hotel third. I felt it was overpriced for what it offers. It could have provided better quality services for its price. What I liked was the hotel's design - it was quite clean, quiet, and comfortable to sleep in. There's a good gym that's open 24 hours, and I really love going to the gym early in the morning. Usually, in hotels, the gym opens at 6 AM.
Disliked: What I didn't like, besides the cost (I expected more from the hotel), was that the room lacked interesting details. In other hotels, there were some complimentary items, but in this hotel, there wasn't even body lotion. Perhaps they simply forgot to provide these items to me, and there was no shower gel, so I had to wash with shampoo. And from such small details, you get a very strange impression. Either they forgot, or they didn't plan for these amenities.
