Disliked: I stayed at the hotel for one week and really enjoyed the food, which was excellent. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I wasn’t able to use the pool during my stay. On the day of departure, I would have liked to use it for a couple of hours, but this would have required an additional charge.

Disliked: We froze in our room. When we entered the room, it was very cold, so we turned up the temp. It had no effect! Eventually we turned the air conditioning off! Even that didn’t help. The room remained cold. It appeared that central air conditioning was still coming into the room.
