Liked: excellent location, felt safe, clean rooms
Disliked: noisy by the maids in the mornings, when ive arrived asked for a different room from past experience, but hotel staff said Not available w/o checking first

Liked: The location is really convenient, although it's on a busy pedestrian street the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at the Ritz cuidad de Mexico

Disliked: The hotel doesn't feel very premium with dull, undecorated corridors and shabby carpets.
