Disliked: Attitude of customer service staff (desktop), there was no separation between the floor shower and the bathroom floor, when you shower its a mess because water flows all around the floor

Liked: Nothing. Everything is very old. Staff very rude. No one help you with anything
Disliked: Dirty, ugly breakfast. Nasty staff members. The worst breakfast I have tasted. The parking is far away and they charge you for it. With luggage it is impossible to walk on the street and, with rain, me and my bags got soaked. The name “Ritz” has nothing to do with the quality of that hotel chain. Everything is so old… not even the toaster works properly!! The toaster!! All the staff members were rude and were not willing to help you. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7. We had a tour booked, so we needed to be on time. We were there 7 o’clock. I asked the woman at the front desk when were they going to open the breakfast and she, in a very bad tone, answered that soon. At 7:10, I asked again. No answer. Afterward, when I asked again, they told me that breakfast was not being served at that location and that I have to go to other salon. 20 minutes wasted due to the incompetence of the front desk staff. At breakfast, they asked, in a very bad tone, for me to pay for an extra breakfast, when all our 5 breakfasts were included in the reservation. They were so disorganized, they didn’t even know that. Everyone at breakfast in a bad mood. I asked for a cup of warm milk and they wouldn’t serve it for me. I can’t believe I paid to be treated this way
