Liked: Breakfast room, courtyard and Jenny
Disliked: No lift. No toilet facilities on breakfast room level.

Very good

Liked: The location is great and the staff is friendly. The value for money is good since I didn't have any major issues.
Disliked: The doors lock with keys not cards, we have to leave the keys at reception when we're going out. There's no safe in the room. My room was in ground floor and everything looked a bit worn down. The food was really bad, there was basically nothing to eat, not even eggs.

Very enjoyable and not too...

Liked: Jenny on the reception was AMAZING… so helpful and friendly. Gave us some fab tips. Her English was impeccable. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was great. Overall the say wētās very good and I would go back

Its a good choice

Liked: Its close to the bus station and the room was nice
Disliked: No fridge in the room and no elevator in the hotel

A good value for money...

Liked: The location is very close to key historical locations, all within walking distance. The hotel offers clean and a clean toilet. The toilet is a bit cramped, the room can do with a hot water electric kettle.Breakfast may not be to the liking of many, but, is adequate. It has standard cold cut meat, fruit, juice, coffee, bread......Eggs can be a welcome addition. If location is key, you are not a fussy eater and happy with clean rooms, go for it.
Disliked: Would like to see a hot water kettle in the room, a little more variety in the breakfast, preferably something hot!

Nice enough for a couple...

Liked: Room size was good and bed comfortable and clean.
Disliked: AC barely cool,not cold.No Referigator in room

Liked: Convenient location, about 15 mins walk to all the major locations in Firenze. Clean rooms with beautiful lobby. Jenny was fantastic and offered us great tips for our stay, her colleagues were equally friendly and all of them were ready to help! Thank you!
