Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Disliked: I booked the hotel because it has air conditioning, as stated in their terms and conditions. However, they will not allow you to use the air conditioning until after April 15. This was despite my room being 26 degrees. "Open the window", I was told, after calling reception and also speaking to the night porter at 2am. This was very, very poor. Why advertise a service if you are not allowed to use it? Management were not interested at all when I reported this the next morning, either. A horribly warm and stuffy sleep.

Liked: It is a comfortable hotel, located close to the city center. You can get to the city center by foot, or by bus, there is a bus stop just round the corner. The private parking is very good for those who travel by car. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Everything is fine.

Excellent hotel and restaurants.

Liked: I spent one night at this hotel, which is conveniently located about a 5-10 minute walk from the hospital. The building and the rooms are very stylish and new, and everything is clean. Almost all the staff speaks English, and they are very helpful, flexible, and polite. I also enjoyed a lovely wine on their recommendation. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Udine, I will definitely book a stay here again.
Disliked: Their restaurant serves delicious food, although having an English menu would make it easier for non-Italian speakers.
