Poor customer service
Liked: Rooms were clean
Disliked: The staff were rude, clearly didn’t like English people. The only nice people was the life guard and a curly blonde lady sometimes behind the bar. Everything else was clearly too much trouble and customer service to us was disappointing

Airport Convenience
Liked: It is convenient to the airport and has an on-site restaurant. It has basic accommodations, a generous breakfast, helpful staff.

Kind staff, clean and good...
Liked: Lovely staff. Rooms spacious however not having bunk beds would have Made it more comfortable. A few more towels too. Good location

Decent hotel with a good...
Liked: The room was very clean and spacious.The breakfast was good. I got a great cappuccino which is always a good thing. It had more than I expected. The bathroom was very modern.
Disliked: I had a problem with the AC coming on. I have limited Italian and the receptionist (a man) acted like I was bothering him by asking about it. He did resolve the problem for me though There are no decorations in the room which makes the room a little stark.

Worst hotel stay in years
Liked: Staff at breakfast was very friendly. Shower was nice.
Disliked: The most important part of a hotel stay, the sleep you have at night, for us was the most terrible night in years. This made this the most uncomfortable hotel stay we have encountered in years. The rooms are not soundproof, and because everything is made of wood and tiles, the sound of moving of furniture is so loud, it feels like it is in your own room. We do not know why we heard this sound for the bigger part of the evening (20:00 -00:00) and starting in the very early parts of the morning (05:00 until we left). It was almost as if they were redecorating a room or moving all the chairs in the conference room. We have no idea, but it made our stay very uncomfortable and it resulted in us not having any sleep. Maybe it were the acoustics in our room particularly, but we would not recommend it to people who are looking for a decent night of sleep while traveling.
