Unacceptable

Disliked: I booked this online and nowhere was it said that I would have to pay an extra $100 out of pocket for a deposit. When I requested a refund I was told I had to do it through the app. I requested to speak to a manager and was told what was not here right now. And got a blank stare from the young girl who's working behind the counter didn't even know how to unplug a phone jack. Another phone is off the hook because of whatever so I can't even call them. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with the hotel and booking.com I'm very unsatisfied I've been left stranded.

Accommodation not good

Liked: Location
Disliked: cleanliness, door was not locking properly, no micro oven bowl. I wont recommend this facility to anyone.

Liked: Ok rates
Disliked: Charge for damage insurance. My card was actually charged, as opposed to my card being available if any damages were incurred.Refundable yes, but I now pay interest on the $100 charge that was processed.

Not satisfied at all

Liked: Im very sorry to inform but I will not recommend this facility to anyone first thing upon arriving there was a roach in the rest room the advertisement when reserving says breakfast included yet there is no breakfast not even a coffee maker in the room secondly I was traveling through and when I went to check out I was told if I checked out before 9am I would loose my deposit what kind of nonsense is this I was forced to stay until 9am this was totally unacceptable
Disliked: The staff upon check in was very polite but upon checking out the counter employee proceeded to speak to the other employee in Spanish about me asking question not realizing that I was also Hispanic and understood
