Liked: The room was spacious and had air conditioning . When the windows were closed, it was quiet from the busy road. The staff was friendly and helpful with how to get around Puebla. Comfortable beds and pillows and we had big fluffy bath towels and a hand towel. OXXO nearby to get bottled water and we enjoyed breakfast at Verde Corazón several times, just a 5 minute walk.
