Disliked: Staff are not warm and not welcoming. They really need to take a hospitality course.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Our room was very clean. The room was very spacious and the couch in the suite was very comfortable. We took a room with a waterfront view and it was worth it. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fully stocked and clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and we were able to be served in English.

Liked: We liked the room, the pool and the lobby.
Disliked: the restaurant that is in the hotel, did not want to accomodate us, while the reataurant was empty, the host did not even suggest to seperate us and fit us in to eat.We did not even know that there is a restaurant that we could reserve our spot in during our stay, this should be suggested during the booking time, and fir that, we might not even come back there next year.we had 11 rooms booked for our team, and because of this, we might be going to another hotel next year, because there is no added value to us, and the reception staff, did not even try to calm us down, it shows that they did not care, and that did not make us feel welcome.
