Fantastic location, comfortable beds, excellent...
Liked: The location is fantastic and was very close to the metro station and several bus stops. It's also very walkable with so many restaurants, bars, shops in 10-15 minutes walking distance or less. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great. The breakfast was surprisingly robust and had plentiful vegan and gluten free options with dedicated stations. There were vegan overnight oats, sausage, tofu scramble, cheese slices, pepperoni, Kalles paste, butter, vegan yogurt, soy milk, muesli, and even a brownie on one morning. The room was clean and the bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The concierge was very receptive and available 24/7 which was nice. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel as a solo female traveler.
Disliked: I'm glad I was traveling alone because there was no way to shut the bathroom door. There were sheer curtains and a sliding wooden door that covered the glass shower, but moving it to cover the bathroom entrance just exposed the shower, so there was no way to truly shut the door and have complete privacy. This could be an issue depending who you're traveling with. Also no early check-in was available.

Excellent value if you don't...
Liked: I found all the physical aspects of this hotel very comfortable: quiet, perfect temperature (probably 19-21° in the summer), very clean, fridge in the room, small weights also available in the room which was nice. There was a bar across the street from my window, but when the window was closed I couldn't hear a thing. Location very convenient for museums on both islands wanted to visit. Overall excellent value aside from the internet issues
Disliked: Unfortunately I'm unlikely to stay here again because there was effectively no internet available in the rooms. The longest I could keep my phone connected to the wifi in my room was about 2 minutes; it took me three reconnections over 20 mins to download a bike share app, and I ended up feeling like the hotel's promise of wifi was false advertising. When I went to the lobby to use the wifi there it was slower than my phone's data plan at the mid-tier roaming level.

Good stay overall.
Liked: Rooms were spacious. Location is great right around corner from walking street with good public transit access. Front desk staff helped us find a laundry drop off as we were on a long trip and needed to this service but the hotel prices were (as usual for a hotel in major city) outrageous. Example 75 SEK for a pair of underwear.
Disliked: The breakfast was not great. Eggs made in very strange way (hence almost no one ate them that I saw in the many days we were there). Only 1 to 2 fruit choices daily and none of it good quality. Aircons in the rooms did not work well. Seems staff is used to this compliant and essentially tells guest you just need to open your windows and deal with the heat if you are in Stockholm on hotter days.

Good value and would return...
Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. Location is very good, subway and trams close by and significant parts of central city within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: In one of two rooms the AC was a bit weak and very noisy during the admittedly very hot day we were there. The AC was also pointed straight at the bed so unless you like a blast to the face it might not be the most comfy. But the other room was much better on AC but with a slightly worse bed.

The best thing in this...
Liked: The best thing in this hotel is the location. Breakfast is good too.
Disliked: This was our third time in this hotel and most likely also the last. The room and furniture were quite worn out, the bed was absolutely too soft and there was no air conditioning or cooling in the room. In July heat wave with 27-28 ° the sleeping gets difficult in these conditions. Keeping window open helped a bit.
