Liked: Central location, and despite being on Rundle Mall it was pretty quiet at night after 10pm.
Disliked: 1. No check in before 2pm despite rooms being vacated and cleaned2. No reception on Sunday so you can’t leave your bags anywhere after checking out by 11am.3. The larger room I booked with Booking.com upgrade wasn’t setup with an extra bed (despite calling to confirm). They set up a smaller room by mistake and I had not time to wait for the larger room to be prepared (had to get to AFL game. (Note item 1)4. Tired cheap decor and furnishings. They haven’t even bothered to paint the doors, leaving the undercoat finish5. Night access wasn’t explained by the staff on check-in. Luckily we arrived at the same time as other guests were otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to open the door to the foyer
