WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Disliked: NO HEATING IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Great spot, clean, comfy and...

Liked: Central to shopping etc… Big rooms and well appointed.
Disliked: Noise renovations at the moment, started very early. The TV or WiFi wasn’t working

Comfortable and spacious

Liked: Bed was super comfortable, great sized bedroom and lounge area. Luxurious and spacious bathroom with great water pressure and good quality toiletries provided.
Disliked: Just wish you could increase the heating or there was another heater in the bedroom as it was a bit cold.

Liked: Location, comfy beds & excellent value. Bar was awesome & staff helpful.
Disliked: Construction around property.

Liked: Location right above the mall. Also we had a beautiful big room & lounge with patio overlooking the mall.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed and being in the Mall taxi access was a little walk away

Liked: The hotel is undergoing some renovations. The facilities were fine for me... a tad tired but fine.
Disliked: Entrance a tad obscured by work hoarding but once found it was ok.
