Top-notch customer service. Great location....

Liked: Top-notch customer service. Everyone was warm and courteous (no bossy air from anyone). Great location— walking distance from lots of subway stops and bus stops. Comfy and clean rooms, with much space under the beds for extra storage. Thanks Hotel Richland Les for making our New York stay wonderful!

Liked: A great hotel for a New York stay. The little touches made the stay amazing and can not fault the location or the staff. For a 3* hotel... perfect!!!
