Liked: Location. Access to subway. Bathroom
Disliked: Soundproofing. One can hear a baby crying in a room on the other side of the lift lobby. It was not clear whether two bottle of water placed in the room was provided free or not.

Very friendly kind and professional...

Liked: This hotel is in a great location in NYC LES/Chinatown, very near the subway and Soho etc. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the shower was great and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would def stay here again. Thank you!
Disliked: Nothing...it was a great hotel, great value for $$.

Liked: Room was small but not too small. Bathroom clean and comfortable. There are bakeries just 2 street in direction to the right and then again to the right (Fresh Swan Bakery) We bought there nice things for breakfast and going back we took coffee from the lobby of the hotel. That was comfortable solution. Just one street to the left there is cheap and comfortable laundry (simple self service) just nearby Fire Station. For me as the tourist the Fire Station of FDNY "Chinatown Dragon Fighters" itself was very interesting. Although it is near there is not much noise from it. (In NYC there is noise everywhere).2 key subway stations are nearby. Small store nearby.Free water bottles everyday and coffee.Very comfortable light swithes (many nice light sources - you can have lot of light or make romantic dim light). Lot of USB ports for phone charging near bed and on the table.
Disliked: Noisy trucks (garbage trucks etc.) but thats NYC.I like to use staircase but that was not allowed (emergency only) and I had to take elevator and wait for it sometimes.

Great location, great value.

Liked: Great location, close to subway stops and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was really quiet. It was great value for money and easy to get to and from.
Disliked: It is beside a fire station so you can often hear sirens going off at any time but we weren’t particularly disturbed by the noise. The rooms are very small and there was no space to put away clothes etc.

Don’t go to NYC and...

Liked: Very clean, at least where we stayed on the 9th floor. No bugs or bedbugs. Friendly personnel, safe neighborhood.
Disliked: Rooms are tiny, all pictures taken by fish-eye lens. There is no clothes rack as advertised; just three hooks on the wall. We had live out of our luggage, which hardly fitted in our room. Like anything else in NYC accommodation is also a rip off. Certainly bad value for the amount we paid.

Liked: Excellent location, close to all transportations, close to Chinatown and all the cheap food but still nice and quite. Nice staffs, willing to help. Very affordable price, considering price elsewhere in Manhattan. Clean enough.
Disliked: Three out of five pillows smell like bad body odor. Tells you something about how they often clean their bedding. Room is small, but in Manhattan and with this price what can you ask for.
