A stunning hotel in a...

Liked: The hotel location, exterior, public spaces and our room were all stunning, a beautiful hotel in a perfect position overlooking a pretty park.
Disliked: The reception area was awkward to walk through to get to our room, usually through the narrow reception space to enter, sometimes we could walk through the restaurant, if the restaurant wasn't busy.The breakfast wasn't good for us, location in the back room was odd and a walk from the table. The food selection was ok but not the best for the hotel. The cost for our light breakfast of cereal, toast and tea was extremely high and the service was distant. Some of the hotel staff were very nice, some quite reserved.

Liked: Service was perfect! Hotel is perfect, beautiful! Perfection! I am most gratefull for wonderfull service of Adrian, who was more than helpfull and welcoming. I was more than impressed by kindness and highest level of service he provided. I would love to visit again when I am in Montpellier.

Liked: Beautiful renovated hotel in a wonderful location. Excellent bar and restaurants. The staff were lovely, the room was exceptional. The art throughout the hotel phenomenal. The bar has to be one of the most beautiful bars I’ve been in.
Disliked: It was perfect.

Fabulous and can’t wait to...

Liked: Everything. Adrian was so helpful, professional and welcoming. Dinner was fabulous and we especially appreciated the later check out to enable us to see the Beaux Arts Museum on Tuesday morning (it was closed on Monday when we planned our visit). This is truly s luxury 5 star hotel and well worth it. We recommend it and will be back.

A wonderful time

Liked: The Staff were warm, friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. The room was stunning and in immaculate condition. The bar was beautiful and the whole hotel had a fabulous atmosphere
