Liked: Comfortable and welcoming

Incredible Hotel always!

Liked: Everything was amazing! They were very prompt to have someone come and fix the jacuzzi switch.
Disliked: Price could still be much lower

I had a one night...

Liked: I loved how clean it was and how attentive the staff were.
Disliked: Nothing really, everything was great!

Disliked: It was a little far from centro Histórico but they always were able to accommodate and call a taxi/ or sometimes we order an uber

Liked: Overall hotel was great. Loved that they had a 24 hour cafeteria (helpful with kids). Location was less than 10min away from airport. Rooms where cleaned very well

Fabulous alternative to overpriced big...

Liked: From the second we arrived, every individual offered exceptional service. Our room was spotless. Room service was fast and good.

Liked: Very easy to check in and very fast process, the food service was very good in taste and delivery to room. Loved the pool and gym very good accommodations.
Disliked: Only thing was that the power went out during the night, but then in the morning as we were heading out we realized there had been in accident that knocked down power lines.
