Disliked: It’s a fine hotel. But absolutely not worth 9 as seen on booking. The building is kind of old and it’s a strong 8 at best

Lovely hotel. Perfect when you...

Liked: The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the room quiet and very clean. The location nearby to the airport was perfect for me as I arrived in Mexico City on a long haul flight and then had to catch another early morning flight the next day.The complimentary airport pickup and drop off makes things even easier. I would however, recommend that their associate at the airport for the pickup has a sign with the name of the hotel, as he was seated in a corner without any reference to the hotel and I had to ask a few people if they knew where to find the hotel pickup point.All in all a lovely hotel. I will definitely book again for my return flight transit home
