We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: No drinking water in rooms.

Liked: Extremely comfortable bed. Had a great sleep. Room was perfect.
Disliked: would have been nice to check in earlier. My flight arrived at 10 30 am.

Liked: I like the friendly staff and cleanliness of the place. I liked the treatment I received getting an upgrade on my room and the little details that really add to the experience like the coffee service at the lobby, the type of coffee machine in the room alongside the cookies. The bar/restaurant looks nice even do I didn't had time to try it out.
Disliked: It's an old building so I get some stuff might be old like the plumbing system and the heating at night took a long time to be felt but maybe I was figuring out how to use it properly. For a longer stay, I'd be interest in a breakfast service.

Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and big rooms.
Disliked: Lift was very small and tight with guests with luggages. No ramps for easy access near the front door.

Liked: Love staying at the Rialto. The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting downtown Victoria. It’s close to restaurants, theatres and attractions like China town.
