Disliked: Owner AND Booking.com were non communicative on the check-in day for this property. No check in instruction was provided prior Had to spend half a day out of two days in Krakow trying to get check in instruction. No calls, messages, emails were returned and the rate was wrong. Owner agreed to refund the breakfast. ( conversation proof via Booking.com) but almost a week later now, still no refund confirmation.

Clean and nice room

Liked: The room was cozy and clean. Staff were helpful as well. It was a good experience.
Disliked: The only thing was the budget:) The room was quite expensive for such hotel.

Liked: Very comfy place at a great location, we really enjoyed our short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: At first, ventilation in the bathroom was a bit smelly but it went away after a few hours
