Liked: The quality of the sheets, bed, room and bathroom size, cleaning team absolutely wonderful, great job, A/C, delicious Pina Colada on roof top bar.
Disliked: We stayed for three nights and, while the hotel has a lot of potential, a few service issues left us disappointed.When we arrived early, reception told us our room would be ready in 5–10 minutes. However, we ended up waiting nearly an hour without any clear updates. We completely understand that check-in is from 4pm and were happy to wait — we just would have appreciated a more accurate estimate so we could have used that time differently.Reception staff were not particularly welcoming, which unfortunately set the tone at the beginning of our stay.Room service was limited to drinks only, which we found surprising. When we tried to order a bottle of wine around 1am, it wasn’t available either.On our first day, we discovered the shower head switch wasn’t working. It wasn’t fixed until the next day, and no one acknowledged the issue with an apology or even a small gesture to make up for the inconvenience.It’s a shame, as the hotel itself is beautiful and has great potential. With some improvements in service, communication, and guest care, the overall experience could be much more enjoyable.
