Liked: Unexpectedly stranded in Brussels late in the evening due to train strikes and was pleased to find this hotel had a vacancy at the regular price.
Disliked: Might have taken breakfast but it was only served 7-9 am - perhaps the hotel was more geared to business travellers. Because we arrived late, we slept in. It wasn't a big deal.

Liked: A solid hotel with a very professional staff, fresh atmosphere in the lobby, good location, near Nord train station, walk distance to the centre. A reasonable price.

Lovely room! We did find...

Liked: Large room and en-suite
Disliked: We did find a hair ball mixed in with the towels!

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Free coffee all day was nice.
Disliked: The rooms was too small but it was okay for short stays

Liked: The position and the staff, super friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The duvet was way too short on the sides for a double bed but we still managed somehow :)

Exceptional

Liked: Easy access to the whole city via public transport or by foot. Great staff.
Disliked: We were surprised there was no glasses or utensils for whatever we bring back. Closest train station is on the edge of the shady neighborhood, in evening hours might not feel that safe being near there.
