Good

Liked: The staff was friendly! The food at the restaurant was delicious — we had a lovely, beautifully presented dinner. The next morning, the breakfast items were very fresh — you could really taste the quality. The drinks, beer, and snacks in the lobby were a nice bonus!
Disliked: We didn’t like the room — the mattress was terrible, it sagged badly. I can’t even imagine how old it is. We didn’t sleep well, and the atmosphere in the room felt a bit heavy.

Excellent Hospitality made us feel...

Liked: The breakfast choices were phenomenal, so many choices. The location was close to main areas, but tucked away enough to have quiet.
Disliked: We had two beds, the only issue was the second bed which was a sofapullout and hard. Took some getting used to.

A pleasant place to stay...

Liked: The reception staff was excellent, especially Gaby. They cheerfully helped us move our luggage up and down the entry steps and recommended good alternative dining for when the restaurant was closed. Nice lobby lounge with free snacks and outdoor seating in good weather. The breakfast at the affiliated restaurant across the street was very good. The restaurant also served gourmet dinners. The room was comfortable by European standards. Fairly quiet location within the city.
Disliked: There is an elevator inside the hotel, which had encouraged me to choose this booking, as we have bad knees. However there was a long stairway from street level to the hotel entrance. I had not thought to ask about stairs, given the elevator, so this was no fault of the hotel but difficult for us.

Liked: Breakfast was good plenty of variety as in bread pastries and cereals, lots of jam, honey. Cold selection of meats very limited in choice and size no hausmacher either 😥Coffee machine was ok and general setting was lovely quiet and peaceful.
