Excellent hotel with very attentive...

Liked: We loved the apartment! It worked out great for our long stay (5 weeks). The location was excellent. Schonbuch is only a short walk away and the train station about 15 minutes. The staff were very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The beds aren't the most comfortable and could do with an update. That's all I can complain about!

Liked: Great breakfast, family like atmosphere.

Liked: Very good breakfast. Reception area with coffee and drinks. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Disliked: Room cleaning must be ordered through their website. Restaurant for breakfast is across the road in a separate building. The apartments on offer are not at the standard of the main hotel.

Exceptional

Great place to stay just...

Liked: Lovely hotel with excellent restaurant available for dinner. Ver good breakfasts. Nice area to sit with free local beer an snacks included in the price. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Confusion over room cleaning, whilst happy not to have our room cleaned every day we would have liked it to be be cleaned twice in 4 days. We had to request towels and loo rolls and even when we asked at reception for room to be cleaned it wasn’t. There needs to be a 'Please Clean My Room' sign for the door as well as 'Do Not Disturb' and 'Don’t Clean My Room’ signs.

We liked our stay

Liked: Probably the cleanest hotel room I was ever in and I check behind the curtains etc. The staff was courtious and helpful. Bed was comfy. The breakfast was nicely displayed and tasty.
Disliked: Not really a con, but it is not modern, it is more rustic (still uses keys, basic bathroom, basic TV, wallheaters for example).

Liked: It’s a very pleasant and comfortable place. Breakfast is really good (we just missed more fruits). Living room is very nice to stay with family and friends
Disliked: It’s necessary to cross the street for breakfast- it’s not so comfortable in case of rain (but they offer umbrella)
