Liked: We were locked out when we arrived and it transpired that due to some IT problem with the hotel we had been expected two weeks previously. There was only one room for us so one of us (moi) was offered a bed in the private staff flat on the second floor. This worked very well. I was impressed how Toni and Lona responded to the problem, particularly Lona as she was in Albania on leave. The evening meal and breakfast that followed were very good. A nicely appointed hotel.

Liked: The onsite restaurant serves Italian dinners and Italian wine, it was very good. Breakfast was good too.
Disliked: Even though no air conditioning in the room, the windows opened for a breeze.

Superb

Liked: Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was served. It was full and varied. Cold cuts, cheeses, omelette, fresh pastries, vegetables, marmalade and Nutella.
Disliked: The wide inward-opening door to the bathroom complicates entry.
