Disappointing

Liked: Made very welcome despite late arrival
Disliked: Room not cleaned or tidied in 3 days, only bathroom. Beverages not replaced, just two sachets of coffee and one small bottle of water for 3 days. Bath mat still wet despite fall in shower. No anti-slip in shower.

Disliked: Breakfest. No water/juice available without asking for it.also scrembled eggs was not offered, in the past they did. but this visit no.

Exceptional

A nightmare.

Liked: I liked nothing at all. Rude staff, loud cleaning staff. Saturday 8 AM too much noise from the cleaners, my room wasn’t cleaned even though I asked for it to be cleaned (put the label and asked the reception lady to make sure it gets cleaned).
Disliked: I didn’t like anything about the room & the hotel.For the money I paid, I was expecting a lot more than the uncomfortable bed, ceiling full of spiders (alive) and the rude staff.
