Excellent and fantastic help from...

Liked: Exceptional reception staff. Room was excellent in all regards. Minor point only - would be good to provide coffee / tea making facilities in the room.
Disliked: Provide a kettle and coffee facilities in the room.

Liked: Well run, clean and convenient hotel. Restaurant and bar made it an easy night's stay.
Disliked: Room a bit small but we knew that and it was only one night.

Liked: all fine, one of the very few hotels with really comfy beds, good internet. good breakfast, great for good value dinner.
