Disliked: in the booking saying got air cond but when there only provide with fan.

Loud and busy area but...

Liked: The room was large and comfortable, despite no air con a good fan was offered during hot weather, the windows open let a lot of air in however the road is very busy and loud outside including the trams near by.
Disliked: We were given the key to someone elses room and had to go downstairs to report it, the receptionist just blamed it on someone else but after we had to go down to say it didnt work at first and then given access, it was really shocking we were given access to someone elses property with their property on the bed etc.

Disliked: I had a fan in my room but the weather was so hot it needed air conditioning.
