Liked: The room/s (we had triple room) is/are small, but it was very clean. And this was the most important for us. The personnel also was friendly. We did not have breakfast.
Disliked: I did not like the location. We booked this hotel because of a concert and it was great to be close by after the concert. But, the area itself is not fantastic.

Disliked: No coffee facilities, were told by staff you have to eat at restaurant to get coffee. Strong, chemical smell in rooms

Designer touch with travelers in...

Liked: Close to the metro and easy access to Park La Villette the hotel room was well appointed, with a designer's touch and the needs of the traveler in mind. Simple options for breakfast are provided and check-in/out was agreeable. Nice experience all around.

Liked: Location was good, just outside metro and good food around
Disliked: AC was not working, and the room got quite hot, even in the winter. Hotel is on a main road so if you open the windows to cool down there is a lot of noise.

Paris is a lovely city...

Liked: Location was great, right next to Metro stop so very easy for travel into the City Centre and also on the line Gare du Nord - very easy for train links. Hotel is also a short walk from the concert hall for National Philharmonic Orchestra which also has a music museum attached - great if you an interest in the history of classical music with a large collection of instruments! Plus check the dates for the Orchestra’s concert dates if you like orchestral performances! Room was very clean and had all the commodities you would require, paid extra for breakfast in the morning and that was very good as well. The concierge arranged a taxi for us when we left - we asked the night before and it was all done when we came down in the morning which was very helpful.
Disliked: Was a bit difficult to find at night and even our taxi driver from Gare du Nord struggled a little after giving them the address.Room might put some people off with the shower being in the room and not in the bathroom.

Convenient for seeing Paris with...

Liked: The hotel is only a few metres from a Metro Station on Line 5 so very convenient to get to tourist areas or anywhere on the Metro, only 15 minutes to Gare de Nord, Not a tourist area, local shops and cafes with friendly and helpful staff, not noisy at night. Room was clean, and towels were changed, although we had not put them on the floor or shower. Room was also warm which we appreciated as it was cold whilst we were there. We did not partake of the breakfast buffet as we prefer to try different places. The man we saw most frequently on the front desk was helpful and happy to speak in English.
Disliked: The king size bed took up most of the room so there was not much room to move around the room. Laying the suitcase down to have it open was quite tight. The shower and sink was in a section within the room, tiled and separate as a washing area, and very nice, the shower was excellent, but it was not totally private so if the person you were travelling with is not an intimate close friend could be embarrassing. (The WC was separate and enclosed).
