Good value for money

Liked: Friendly staff, good location near the highlights, beautiful park just around the corner and lots of nice restaurants, comfortable room.
Disliked: Located on a relatively busy street, the tram and traffic kept us awake. The breakfast room was very small and crowded. The food was okay. Some of the bathroom facilities need maintenance.

Overall very enjoyable, would stay...

Liked: Excellent location, helpful staff, great accommodations. Very enjoyable stay
Disliked: They didn't clean the floor of the room when they did room service every morning, and they didn't change the towels

Great overall

Liked: -They allowed for an early check in which super convenient. Thank you.-Clean -luggage storage option after checkout-air conditioning worked well-good value for money
Disliked: -The shower drinking system is poor which meant after a 5 minute shower, I was stood in a pool of water. Please use a drain unblocker to allow for better drainage.-no smart TV with YouTube or Netflix.
