Liked: Everything was lovely! Comfy bed, the location is great, breakfast was sufficient and worth it, they have A/C in the rooms. Staff friendly. Bike storage was convenient. Perfect stay!!!!

Disliked: I was extremely disappointed with the WIFI connection. It was extremely slow the first 2 days of my arrival, I was not even able to conduct a zoom/Team meeting or to complete a phone call as we constantly got disconnected. There was no Internet connection at all on Saturday and Sunday. Unable to work from my room, I had to move out of the Hotel 1 day earlier. I complained to the Manager who acknowledge that the Internet connection is poor in some part of the Hotel, but she said never had received complain about the poor connection from my room 306. I reassured her that the connection is very bad. No action was taken. On Saturday I complained again to two staffs at the reception. One staff suggested to move me into another room on Sunday, I agreed to it. I waited in my room all day on Sunday, but nothing happened. I then decided to move out on Monday morning, 1 day earlier to look for another hotel with good internet connection.

Liked: Good location in the city, close to the center, cafes, restaurants, museums. Breakfasts were well-supplied, generous, very good, with friendly staff all around. Very comfortable rooms and facilities.
