Liked: The hospitality was incredible, super friendly and accommodating staff. Always willing to help, going the extra mile and super attention to detail. The rooms are stunning, big and clean. Breakfast is super good. Even when you sit outside they offer you a coffee or tea in the morning. Worth every penny.

Liked: The staff are awesome. You'll never ever meet kinder and helpful staff as of the Resident Agnes.Resident Agnes is not a hotel, it is a home where You'll find there not staff, but family and friends.
Disliked: The breakfast timing if it can be extended a bit.There is no pillow menu.

Liked: If I could give more than 10 ratings I would do this for their amazing attention to their guests. Frank and his team go beyond any other hotel service I have ever visited. The location of the hotel is perfect and it is close to all the important areas.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little small but with all the services needed.

Exceptional Stay – Staff, Location,...

Liked: Our experience at The Residence Agnes was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed—especially Stefan. He greeted us with a smile, poured us a cold beer, carried all of our luggage to the room, and then sat down with us for 15–20 minutes to walk us through a map of Prague. He gave fantastic local recommendations—we tried all three restaurants he suggested, and they were excellent!The hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast is fresh and delicious with a great variety, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to all the main sights, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet.Truly outstanding service and hospitality—we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!
Disliked: There’s nothing to complain about—unless you count having to leave this amazing place!

Liked: at this charming hotel we enjoyed the beautiful room, the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast. Personal, attentive and caring treatment from the hotel staff, who from the moment we arrived until we left went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
